Experiential sound work through vocal meditations such as chanting and toning combined with heart centred guided meditation.
An opportunity to tenderly unbind our hearts and voices and bring them back into harmony with each other.
No experience of meditation, chanting or toning is required, just an open mind and curious heart with a willingness to participate.
Please bring a blanket and something comfortable to sit or lay on.
Yoga mats are available if you require one.
You may also wish to bring a bottle of water.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can start on time.
