Join Bodhini at The Oak House Studio for a seasonal slow down to nourish the soul as we approach the coming Winter by celebrating Samhain, the Celtic Cross Quarter Festival which marks the descent into the darker half of the year. Samhain is considered to be a magical portal of rest, inner journeying, reflection and renewal.
Over our time together, We will take a deep dive within to uncover the wellspring of wisdom and vitality within that will see us continue to flourish through the Winter months.
This retreat day is an immersion into natural spirituality in beautiful surroundings within a like hearted community.
Schedule:
2pm: New Beginnings with the Blessings of the Elements - in the shadow of the new moon, we will set our intentions for our descent into Winter supported by the powers of the elements and the directions
4pm: Healing with The Ancient Ones: An introduction to Ancestral Healing which includes receiving a transmission of The Healer's Rite in a beautiful ceremony accompanied by the sounds of the gong played by our wonderful Gong Practitioner, David Clarke.
5:30pm: Three Course Plant Based Dinner lovingly made by Indira, The Kitchen Mama.
7-8:30pm: Ancestral Reverence Ceremony - the honouring and reviving of an ancient tradition largely lost to the British Isles but still an important part of many cultures and traditions around the world.
To add to the magic and power of this ceremony, Julia will be playing the Celtic Harp and Bodhini will weave in and out with the crystal singing bowls.

The Oak House Studio has mats, blankets and eye pillows but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
You may wish to bring a cushion/ pillow for additional comfort and wear clothes that are warm, comfortable and ideal for relaxing in.
For the ancestral reverence ceremony, you can bring an item that represents your ancestors. This can be anything from a photo, a belonging, item of clothing from their culture, something from nature - anything at all. You do not have to know who your ancestors were and if you have any questions around this, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
You can also bring with you something to offer your ancestors as a gift. This can be a flower, a sealed letter, food or drink, money, something you've made, whatever you feel called to offer from your heart.
You may also wish to bring a journal and pen
