Please bring with you:
a yoga mat / beach towel / large blanket/ cushion for any time spent outside on the lawn.
a water bottle
a pen and journal (optional)
Wear comfortable, loose clothing for movement and meditation
Hopefully the weather will be warm and dry but if it isn't please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for walking outside.
If you do choose to opt in for a rose petal water plunge then please bring swimwear and towel
