a yoga mat / beach towel / large blanket for any time spent outside on the lawn.
a water bottle
a pen and journal (optional)
Wear comfortable, loose clothing for movement and meditation
Hopefully the weather will be warm and dry but if it isn't please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for walking outside.
Please arrive by 10:45 for prompt 11am start.
