What is Gold Crests?
Gold Crests is a group for girls aged 10-16. It is a safe and nurturing space for girls to connect with nature, spend time in the great outdoors, socialize, learn new skills and enjoy their childhoods.
Who Runs Gold Crests?
Gold Crests is run by qualified teacher and forest school leader Josie and qualified teaching assistant Pam.
What Happens at Gold Crests?
Gold Crests is a relaxed and informal environment and led by the girls attending. Sessions may include group games, bushcraft, nature connection, fire lighting, campfire cooking and playing and exploring in the woodland.
Where to Meet:
We will meet at the car park for Bollington Cross Primary School (next to St Oswald's Church).
What to Bring:
Wear comfy, weather appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. You might get muddy, so don't wear your favorite clothing. You may need to bring waterproofs.
You may wish to bring a backpack with a water bottle and any other personal items.
We do not recommend you bring anything which is valuable.
