Feet Foundations & Fads - understanding your body architecture and ways of moving for work, sport, play and every day.

If you are experiencing ongoing neck, shoulder or back pain, this workshop is for you. There are no pre-requisites so just come along and enjoy the exploratory nature of what
these workshops have to offer.

In the previous workshop we considered 3 key integrated concepts:

  • The archetypal postures – what are we configured to and which natural laws have we forgotten or not respecting resulting in discordance
  • The base-line J-spine concept popularised by Esther Gokhale – a compelling adjunct to your daily posture practise
  • Osteogenesis – the skeletal moulding and modelling window of opportunity for optimal “earthquake body architecture”

This Saturday I will be sharing my favourite and most effective posture lessons and explore more of what makes you unique, what you can edit and what you can’t.

Instructions

Please dress warm in non-restrictive clothing.

You will also need:

  • 1x towel
  • 1x pillow and /or bolster
  • Drinking water
  • A light snack will be provided.
