Thank you for joining our Christmas Wellness Mini-Retreat! Here are some details to help you feel prepared and comfortable for the experience.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat. If you need to borrow one, let us know in advance.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the retreat by bringing a water bottle.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to move freely and stay warm during relaxing portions.
Arrival Time:
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and find your spot. This helps us start on time and allows you to begin the retreat feeling relaxed.
