Course Description:
This 4-hour immersive breathwork course over 2-days is designed to introduce you to the transformative power of conscious breath. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with breathwork, this workshop will guide you through the foundational techniques needed to awaken your body's energy and clear mental blockages.
The workshop will include a cacao ceremony, gentle breath practices, and an introduction to activating breathwork techniques. This workshop is the first step on your journey towards deeper breathwork practices, offering the perfect foundation for future development.

We provide yoga mats, props and blankets but we want you to feel fully prepared and comfortable for this transformative evening, so here’s everything you need to know before you arrive:
What to Bring:
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the workshop by bringing your own water bottle.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable, layered clothing so you can stay cozy and relaxed during the practice.
Optional Extra Blanket or Layers: Since the weather has gotten cooler, you might want to bring an extra blanket or layers for added warmth, especially during the sound bath and meditation.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. This will help us start the session on time and allow you to ease into the atmosphere of the workshop.
Location:
The course will take place at Breathe Better Yoga Studio, located at 3 Michael Street, V94 4X26.
Please note that the studio is upstairs on the first floor.
