What to Bring & Important Details
We provide yoga mats, props, and blankets, but we want you to feel fully prepared and comfortable for this nourishing half-day retreat. Hereβs everything you need to know before you arrive:
What to Bring:
π§ Water Bottle β Stay hydrated throughout the retreat, especially during the walk.
π Comfortable Walking Shoes β Weβll be heading out for the 3 Bridges Walk, so wear supportive footwear.
π§₯ Weather-Appropriate Layers β Dress comfortably in layers for yoga and bring a jacket or extra layer for the outdoor walk.
ποΈ Optional Extra Blanket or Cozy Layers β For added warmth during Yin Yoga and the Sound Bath.
Dietary Information
Please note that the food provided during this retreat contains gluten, dairy and nuts. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs. Vegan and dairy-free options are available upon request.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive 5β10 minutes early to settle in. This will help us start on time and allow you to ease into the retreat experience.

The event will take place at Breathe Better Yoga located at 3 Michael Street, V94 4X26.
After our morning yoga and brunch, weβll head out for the 3 Bridges Walk, returning to the studio for the rest of the retreat.
