In this focused Hatha Yoga workshop, weβll explore the art of backbending. Whether youβre a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, backbends offer a powerful way to open the heart, increase flexibility, and build strength in the back, shoulders, and hips.
Through a series of safe and effective movements, this workshop will guide you through the key elements of backbending, from foundational poses to more advanced variations. Weβll take time to understand alignment, breathwork, and the mindful engagement of muscles to support the spine.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. This will help us start the session on time and allow you to ease into the atmosphere of the workshop.

Please don't eat at least 1 hour before the workshop.

The event will take place at Breathe Better Yoga Studio, located at 3 Michael Street, V94 4X26.
Please note that the studio is upstairs on the first floor.
