A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience designed to encourage your body and mind to move out of ‘doing’ and into simply being. As the sounds wash over you, you may find your breathing naturally slows, your mind becomes quieter and your whole body begins to soften.

There is absolutely nothing you need to do. No experience is necessary simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be supported by the sounds.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply rested. 🤍
Please bring anything you need to make yourself cosy and comfortable a mat, blanket, pillow, socks and an eye mask if you wish.
Some even bring roll out camp beds or sun lounger cushions - think comfort !!
There are chairs at the venue for those that are less mobile, bring your own cushion for extra comfort.
