A gentle, nurturing sound experience for babies and their grown-ups.
Lullaby & Light is a calming sound bath designed especially for little ones, using soft tones from Tibetan bowls, chimes and delicate rattles to create a soothing sensory journey. The vibrations are subtle and comforting, supporting relaxation, emotional regulation and peaceful connection.
This is not a structured class — it’s a relaxed, welcoming space where babies can feed, wriggle, snooze or simply absorb the gentle sounds in their own way. Parents are invited to settle, breathe and receive too.

Perfect for newborns to pre-crawlers (older babies welcome if content to sit with you).

To help you and your little one feel comfortable, please read the following before you arrive:
What to bring:
• A mat for you & baby to lie on
• Anything your baby may need (milk, dummy, comforter, etc.)
• A cushion for yourself if you’d like extra support
• A water bottle
Arrival:
Please arrive 5 minutes early so you can settle in calmly before we begin at 11.30am. The door will close shortly after we start to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
During the session:
This is a relaxed, baby-led space. Babies are welcome to feed, wriggle, babble, or sleep — there is no expectation for silence. Please feel completely at ease responding to your baby’s needs at any time.
The sounds are gentle and intentionally soft, but if at any point your baby seems unsettled, you are welcome to step out and return when ready.
Mobile phones:
We kindly ask that phones are kept on silent to preserve the calm energy of the space.
Health notes:
If your baby has any medical concerns or sensitivity to sound, please get in touch before attending so we can ensure the experience is suitable. I always recommend checking with your GP if any major concerns.
