Competitors and Medallists' Workshop for Equality Dancers, with Louise Sampson

This workshop is for anyone interested in taking their dancing to the next level, either through competitions such as Cardiff Eurogames in July 2027, or regular medal series exams and medallist competitions. It will include tips and advice about how to present yourself, how to make the most out of your choreography, and do's and don'ts of competition etiquette. It is for competitors at all levels but will be especially useful to equality dancers who are relatively new to competitions and exams.
