These short courses are designed for students interested in learning the fundamentals of photography’s three most infamous genres. You will extend your knowledge of digital photography with the potential to create and resolve a small photographic series. All levels of knowledge and experience are welcome, but students must have access to a digital camera, a computer and preferably a tripod.
Bring camera, tripod, pencil, notebook.... and lunch!

This one day Saturday workshop is an introduction into the genre of contemporary landscape photography with a focus on refining technique, skill, and style, encouraging photographic artistic experimentation while looking at urban sites, specific places or conventional landscapes. Topics to be covered include selection, compositional arrangement, editing, light, and form, as well as conceptual and social issues relating to framing the urban or rural landscape.
