It's our final Yoga Brunch of the year and it's a Christmas special with all the wellness trimmings!
Take some time for yourself, before the chaos of the Christmas period descends, to breathe deep, relax and fill up your cup.
I'll be guiding you through a warming Yoga practice focussing on cultivating winter wellness to see us through the darker months.
Our gorgeous Anna from Food With View will be looking after us with a ve & gf yogi brunch packed with festive flavours to top off a delicious morning.
All of this will be hosted in the beautiful setting of Left Bank Leeds, where teas and coffees are also available for purchase.
Festive attire welcome and WILL be celebrated!

- Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own along too.
- On street parking.
- Please arrive 5 mins prior to start time.
- Please let Bryony know of any injuries or health issues on the day.
