Join us for the final Yoga Brunch of the year and it’s a festive special!
Take some time among the chaos of the Christmas period to give back to yourself.
Together we’ll cultivate some winter wellness through a warming yoga practice to see us through this chilly season!
As always, the epic Frawl team will be cooking up a 2 course yogi brunch packed with festive flavours to top off a delicious morning.
Festive attire is welcome and WILL be celebrated!
Instructions
All equipment provided but please feel free you bring your own mat and props along.
