Yoga Nidra – Guided Meditation Journey
Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation designed to bring the body and mind into a state of profound relaxation and awareness.
The session includes a gentle body scan and guided visualization, helping you release tension, deepen self-awareness, and enter a peaceful state of restorative rest. Yoga Nidra is often described as “yogic sleep,” a practice that allows the body to rest deeply while the mind remains softly aware.
During the meditation you will be invited to:
• Set a personal intention (Sankalpa)
• Explore what your body and mind need in the present moment
• Experience guided body awareness and visualization
• Cultivate mental focus and deep relaxation
✨ Come prepared to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow so you can settle in comfortably for the practice.
