A very special weekend event to celebrate the wonderful relationship between Mums and Daughter. You could come along with your own Mum or your Daughter.
Share your van together, take part in some wonderful connection activities and make amazing memories.
The retreats are all self catering.
There is a communal kitchen onsite to use plus facilities you have in your van.
All types of campervans and small mobile homes are welcome. *There is no electric hook up at this venue.
This private lakeside retreat is set within Wivelsden Farm, a beautiful private estate near Lewes, East Sussex. Within easy reach of Brighton and the south coast. There are shops within 10 minutes drive along with a petrol station.
Arrival is from 2pm on the Thursday at your leisure. The welcome circle takes place once everyone has settled in.

There is a shop a short drive away.
There is access to a communal log cabin with a fully functioning kitchen, tap water, wifi, kettle and large fridge (no freezer sorry) and we have one shower and two toilets.
Cancellation Terms
We understand that from time to time, circumstances beyond our control arise which mean we have to cancel our plans. Should you have to cancel a retreat that you have booked, our Cancellation Policy is;
Cancelling more than 60 days in advance if you paid full deposit (not early bird/easy pay offer)
Should you cancel more than 60 days before the Retreat, you will lose your deposit
Cancelling more than 60 days in advance if you booked by early bird/easy pay offer
Should you cancel more than 60 days before the Retreat, you will forfeit your deposit plus the first 2 standing order payments.
Cancelling 30-60 days in advance
Should you cancel 30-60 days before the Retreat, you will lose 75% of the total cost
Cancelling less than 30 days in advance
Should you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat, we are unable to offer any refunds
If we cancel
In very rare circumstances, Campervan Retreats may have to cancel a Retreat. In this situation, we would firstly offer you an alternative date to run the same Retreat and if that does not work, we can transfer you onto an alternative future Retreat of your choice.
Cancellations must be made by email and once received we will work out any monies due to be refunded and then arrange to transfer via BACS.
BALANCE AND INSTALMENT PAYMENT
Deposits are non refundable.
Balance payments are due 8 weeks before the event. You will be notified in advance via email the amount and due by date.
If you opt to pay by standing order instalments we will require each instalment to be made at the start of each calendar month and to split the payments accordingly with booking conditions given at time of booking. Ie: 6 x £50 across 6 consecutive months.
The full cost of the retreat must be paid before the event takes place.
