Wintering Well invites you to join me during the winter months for 40 minutes of weekly morning yoga aimed at gently waking and warming you into the day.
Sessions are online so that you simply have to create some space for yourself without needing to leave the house. You can even practice in your pyjamas if you wish to.
Movements are based on gentle yoga and designed to gently warm the body and help you start the day energised. They are kept simple and will include lying, kneeling and standing positions as we mobilise through the joints, gently stretch and activate muscles.
There will also be a few moments of mindful pause at the beginning and end to practice being present.
Sessions will be recorded and sent out after the live session.
If you cannot attend the live sessions then you can sign up to receive the recordings.
Please note that there is no live class on 28/12. A new recording will be sent out instead.
Booking is non refundable and non transferrable.
If you have any current injuries out medical conditions then please check in with me before booking with regards to the suitability of these sessions.
It is your responsibility to consult your GP before beginning a yoga based practice and to seek medical consent where necessary.
If at any time you believe something is unsafe for you, or that you become unable to participate due to physical injury or a medical condition, you should stop what you are doing immediately. Sessions should never be painful.

This booking is for all 10 sessions in the Wintering Well Morning Movement Series. Please note that there is no live session on 28th December. A pre-recorded session will be sent out instead. Access is available to both the live session and the recording that is sent out later that day and accessible for 1 week.
