A workshop suitable for anyone with hips!
A workshop to help you release tight stuck or niggling hips, to find balance and stability and, most importantly, to help you understand your hips and how to create more ease in them.
We’ll briefly consider the hip's function and why we may not be using them to their full potential. Then we’ll look at how you can increase your range of movement, improve hip strength and stability using functional and pilates based exercises.
The workshop will be interactive and chatty and there will be some discussion about the movements as we experience them, allowing you to discover which are particularly applicable for you and your hips.
We’ll take a short period of relaxation at the end to give you some quiet time - for your body to integrate the info and for your mind to switch off.
