Open Level Contemporary Classes
Aimed at adults with experience in dance
Welcomes those with a dancing background, teachers, students
Classes focus on contemporary techniques developing agility, strength and stamina through fluid and expressive sequences, moving and exploring the space.
Although classes move with pace, movement is tailored to the ability of the participants providing time to explore movement and choreographic sequences. Classes within the blocks, repeat exercises and give participants time and space to embody movement and expand movement memory.
Classes are led by director Sam Blackden alongside a range of teachers who bring their own unique movement & style to the studio.
Please note these classes are not aimed at beginners! Our beginner/improver classes run on Thursdays @ The Camden Centre.

Head towards the TW Leisure centre and when you see the swimming pool window in front of you, head left towards the school sports centres & 3G pitches. There is lots of parking available, but if there is a match on, then it may be busy!
The studio is located in the sports centre, head straight in and down the corridor. You cant miss it.
