Join me for a special new year evening of Yoga in the intimate studio space of Woolpit Clinics. An opportunity to rest, retreat and reset, with breathwork, movement, meditation and relaxation to leave you feeling calmer, more peaceful and more centred.
New and experienced students of Yoga welcomed. Only 5 spaces are available, so book early to secure your place.
Instructions
Arrive any time from 6.20pm ready for our 6.30pm start. Please bring any props you have, including a blanket. It is advisable to bring layers as the body cools down in relaxation.
If you are new to my sessions, please visit my website www.catherinerolfeyoga.co.uk to download a student health questionnaire to be completed and returned via email.

If you need to cancel your booking, please give as much notice as possible. If cancelling with more than 72 hours notice of the start of this event, you will be issued with a full refund via BACS.
