Take time this Spring to reconnect, rejuvenate and rebalance by joining me and fellow British Wheel of Yoga teacher Holly Bedford for a day of Yoga, meditation and walking in the idyllic setting of Iken by the Alde river.
Instructions
Please bring your Yoga mat, a blanket and any Yoga props you have, e.g. bricks, blocks, strap. We advise comfortable clothing, with plenty of layers +/- sunblock, in accordance with what the weather brings! Lunch and refreshments are included; you may wish to bring a bottle of water to have with you for practice.
