Mixed ability 90 minute Yin Yoga practice followed by a cuppa and the opportunity to connect with fellow students.
With mindfulness meditation, held postures and guided relaxation, these classes are peaceful yet powerfully effective in leaving you feeling rebalanced and renewed.
Suitable for both new and experienced students of yoga. Limited number of participants for a small group experience.
Please arrive any time from 6.20pm ready for our 6.30pm start. Please bring your yoga mat and any props you have, such as a meditation cushion, yoga bricks and blocks, a strap, and two blankets.
