Restore, Nourish, Thrive
A women's wellbeing morning designed to support your changing body.
Many women in their 30s, 40s and 50s begin noticing changes in their bodies.
Energy levels shift.
Hormones fluctuate.
Digestive symptoms appear.
Pelvic health concerns become more noticeable.
Or existing conditions like endometriosis may begin to affect daily life in new ways.
For many women, these experiences can feel confusing, frustrating and sometimes isolating.
Too often they are left searching for answers alone.
Restore, Nourish, Thrive has been created to change that.
This welcoming women’s wellbeing morning is designed specifically for women who want to better understand their bodies and feel more in control of their health and wellbeing.
It is not a medical seminar!
Instead, it is a supportive, restorative experience where women can learn from trusted experts, move their bodies gently, relax deeply and connect with others who understand the journey they are on.
Whether you are navigating perimenopause, menopause, pelvic health concerns, hormonal changes, gut health issues or conditions such as endometriosis, this morning offers both knowledge and reassurance.
Because when women understand their bodies, everything changes.
What the Morning Includes:
"Beyond the Floor" with Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Kirsten Winton.
A compassionate and informative session exploring pelvic health beyond the basics. Kirsten will discuss the changes many women experience throughout life, including pelvic floor symptoms, bladder and bowel changes, and how pelvic health can be supported through different life stages.
"Harness Your Hormones Through Your Gut" with Registered Associate Nutritionist Izzy Rose.
Hormones and gut health are deeply connected.
In this session, Izzy will explore how supporting your gut can positively influence hormonal balance, energy levels and overall wellbeing.
Izzy will also demonstrate a simple “no-cook” healthy food preparation idea that you can easily recreate at home.
"Pilates for Your Pelvic Floor and More" with Physiotherapist Cathryn Clark
A gentle, accessible Pilates session designed to help women reconnect with their bodies.
This session focuses on supporting the pelvic floor while also improving core stability, posture and movement; helping you feel stronger and more confident in your body.
"Restoring Mindful Meditation" with Amy Garner.
A guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind and help you reconnect with yourself.
This restorative session provides a moment of stillness in the midst of busy lives.
"Expert Panel Q&A (Anonymous Questions Welcome)"
One of the most valuable parts of the morning.
Ask questions you may never have felt comfortable asking before.
Questions can be submitted anonymously, creating a safe space to explore the topics that matter most to women.
You’ll Also Enjoy
• Healthy snacks and refreshments
• Time to connect with other women experiencing similar changes
• A beautiful goodie bag, including the ingredients to make Izzy’s healthy snack at home
Why This Event Matters:

To reconnect with your body.
