Sound healing can have very profound effects on the body physically, emotionally and spiritually promoting good health , chakra cleansing, clearer mind and good sleeping patterns
We welcome you with a lovely warm cup of cacao , gentle breathwork and meditation which flows into the beautiful alchemy sound healing journey
Bring a small pillow and a bottle of water if required
We provide lovely clean blankets, eye masks, mats and bolsters for support whilst lying down
Chairs are available upon request
Please arrive at the first door at the back of the studio where we will welcome you into the space
