These offerings are here to remind us of our true nature , to let go of all that we carry and burden us, allowing us to step into our truest selves
We create a small intimate welcoming space where we will connect to the deep inner stillness within
We open our circles with heartwarming cacao , we connect to mantra to allow the thoughts in the mind to dissolve and we will breathe deeply in a consciously connected way
Mantra and conscious connected breathwork are extremely powerful and under the guidance of Megan who is a trauma informed hatha yoga teacher and breathwork space holder we are able to release energetically the “stuff” that we carry within us and within our minds
These sessions are extremely connective and uplifting in making changes within
We prepare cacao and we close this ceremony with a grounding vegetarian dish
Please arrive at the first grey door and bring a small bottle of water
