Whether your child is eight months or 18 years old, if you haven’t found time to reconnect with your body since birth, you’ll feel the benefit of specialist Pilates classes for mums.
These face-to-face specialist pelvic floor and core Every Mum Pilates classes will support you in your journey to revitalising your body. Combining myofascial release techniques and restorative movement with more traditional strengthening and functional exercises, I help you to release tension while building strength and reconnecting with your pelvic floor, abdominals and coordination of movement.
You will need to bring a mat and you can purchase your small equipment bundle at the Centred Mums website or bring an over ball, fascial release ball, theraband and spiky ball that you have purchased separately. .
