Are you in your trimester (first 13 weeks) of pregnancy and want to find out more about how to have the healthiest pregnancy possible?
This friendly and informal session is delivered by one of our Health and Wellbeing specialists and aims to:
Discuss the NHS 5 ways to wellbeing and how these can safely be incorporated into your pregnancy.
Explore how your baby is developing and growing .
Increase your knowledge of what are warning signs and symptoms during your pregnancy.
Provide current NHS supported information and guidelines for a healthier pregnancy.
Support you and your family with information and practical tips for budgeting for baby.
You will also receive a copy of our Bump to Baby pregnancy journal with a handy week-by-week pregnancy diary.
