The Changes Antenatal Programme is a three-week course delivered face-to-face at a local Family Hub.
Please note the due to operational constraints session 2 will be virtual.
Becoming a Parent: covers how your baby is growing, what you can do to have a healthy pregnancy, life with a new baby and the importance of a support network
The Birth: covers key information about labour and birth
Caring for our baby: discusses essential newborn baby care and safety
The Changes Antenatal courses are delivered in partnership with our local Family Hubs. Family Hubs in Sandwell are operated by Barnardo's.
Sandwell MBC will share the information you have entered onto the booking form with the Family Hub running the Changes Antenatal course you have booked onto so that they can create an attendance list. The Family Hub may use this information to contact you to give you more details about the course, to confirm your attendance or to contact you if the course is cancelled.

Please note: If you would like your partner or a birth partner to attend this face-to-face course with you, they will need to book a separate ticket.
