The Changes Antenatal Programme is a three week programme delivered virtually using Microsoft Teams or face-to-face in one of our Family Hubs.
If you are unable to attend one of the courses we have on offer we can send you a Changes Antenatal handbook and a set of resources for you to work through in the safety of your own home.
We will do our best to answer any questions that you have and colleagues based in Sandwell's seven Family Hubs are also available to offer further telephone support and advice.
