The Mystery of the Chakras is a course designed to take you on a deep dive into the Chakra system and includes a study of the Sanskrit alphabet.
This course is self paced. Once you purchase it you will have access to all recordings alongside a course manual. You can then study and practice the content at your own speed.
The manual will outline and support what we you study as well as provide details of the practices - it offers fantastic resource for both practioners and teachers.
This course is suitable for anyone, of any level of experience.
The enrolment fee is £95.
This is an online course and takes place in the comfort of your own home. It is a combination of theory and practice (but no physical yoga).
You will need a pen and pad/paper, a print out of the course manual and have space to sit comfortably (or lie of you choose) for the meditative parts of the session.
Although you are welcome to go at your own speed my suggestion would be to work with one chakra per week
