Flow at a steady and soft pace, providing time to move gently, explore ranges of motion mindfully and create space in the body and the mind.
Suitable for all levels, you are encouraged to work with each movement and position to your own level. The classes are intended to be light-hearted and gently challenging to enable you to truly feel the benefits and happily grow your movement practise over time.
