Two hours of Pilates and breathwork, a healthy lunch, and a glass of fizz. Then an afternoon of calm relaxation, gently decorating a piece of your choice of pottery.
You will end your day feeling refreshed and with a beautiful piece of work to take home and treasure.
This is a joint activity between Katstudio and Cheshire Clay Studios both based on the lovely Lowes Farm Shop site in Byley.
Wear clothing suitable for pilates and yoga. A mat if you have one.
