A sandwich lunch will be provided

Understand the current position of your school using a simple bespoke system
to support you write a succinct self-evaluation against the new education
inspection framework and national priorities.
This will be an opportunity to:
• Provide professional growth for you as a senior leader.
• Provide opportunities for professional dialogue with colleagues.
• Coach and support you in the self-evaluation process against the new Education Inspection Framework 2019 using Leading Schools bespoke materials.
• Coach and support you in writing an evaluation of the impact of your school improvement actions taken 2018-2019 this academic year in a simplified and succinct format.
• Coach and support you in identifying priorities linked to the evaluation criteria in the school inspection handbook which will inform your school improvement plan for 2019-20
