Come along and try our amazing woodland forest school group for home educated young people aged 10-15 yrs.
We‘ll enjoy an afternoon of nature based woodland arts and crafts, bushcraft, campfire cooking and woodcraft. Each week there will be lots to choose from and new skills to learn. Whether you want to chill out in the hammock, cook a tasty snack or craft out of wood, our fun, participant-led approach offers lots of opportunities for young people learn new skills, make friends and spend time in nature.
As part of these sessions, we offer AQA accredited Unit Award Scheme projects and certification if your child wishes to opt in. Please note that there may be a small additional administration charge for this aspect of these sessions. Your young person would be under no pressure or obligation to participate in these certificated elements if that's not what they want to do.
All woodcraft, arts and crafts resources and food are included.
Join Emma and Abbie, both experienced forest school leaders for an afternoon of creativity and fun! Sessions take place in private wood at Lavant House, Chichester from 1-3pm.
Our leaders are experienced in working with children and young people with a range of SEN. This is a general session where we can cater for different needs. However; we would not be able to offer a 1:1 . Please contact us if you wish to discuss further.
Outdoors Without Limits - come along and see what it’s all about!
Please dress in old clothes that you do not mind getting dirty and enclosed footwear. Long sleeves and trousers are recommended.
We will meet in the Lavant House car park and walk to the woods. Lavant House is next door to Lavant Equestrian. Drive through the metal gates and you will see a large car park in front of you. We will be in waiting on the lawn in front of reception.
