Served with a pickled caramelised melon ball and fresh mint

Red Miso Broth - Teriyaki tofu and tempura shiitake mushrooms
All ramens are served with noodles, red cabbage, pickled carrot, edamame beans and a selection of garnishes
ROUND FOUR
Dessert
Yuzu & coconut cheese cake served with sake jelly,
matcha gel, ginger crumb and toasted coconut chips (gf) (n)
