Details

Learn the basics of aerial sling in this 4 week course. You'll be taught by sling expert, Becky, how to do basic shapes, inverts and sequencing in this fun class!

This class is suitable for total beginners with no aerial experience and has no strength requirements.

Instructions

Wear comfortable well fitting clothing that covers the back of the knees and the waist. This will help you avoid friction burns on the sling.

In colder weather, wear layers to keep warm.

Avoid clothes with external zippers as they can rip the sling fabric and please remove rings and other jewelry for the same reason
