Aerial Hoop class for children 7-12 who are over 120cm/4' (due to size of hoops).
This class is for those who've done a few terms of aerial hoop and already know the basics and are working on more difficult moves and combinations.
This class will teach them more advanced moves and sequences and get them to create their own sequencing and movement.
Taught by an experienced DBS checked teacher
Wear comfortable, form fitting clothes that are easy to move in and cover the backs of knees and torso e.g. Leggings and a well fitted top. Bring layers if it is cold.
Avoid clothes that are too loose as they get caught on the hoop and may fall over the face when upside down.
Please also remove any rings and bracelets as well as removing or covering (with tape) any piercings that could catch.
Hoop does bruise on contact points.
