Class for children 7-11 for beginners and those who have already covered the basics of aerial silks.
Participants will learn different climbs, learn more complex wraps and start learning drops.
Classes start with a warm up. We will end with conditioning and cooldown.
Taught by an experienced DBS checked teacher
Wear comfortable, form fitting clothes that are easy to move in and cover the backs of knees and torso e.g. Leggings and a well fitted top. Bring layers if it is cold.
Please don't have long false nails as they rip the silks. Please also remove any rings and bracelets as well as removing or covering (with tape) any piercings that could catch.
Avoid clothes that are too loose as they get caught on the silks and may fall over the face when upside down.
