Dance for everyone- no experience required.
Come and have a go at movement to rhythms and music. Learn to express yourself through the movement of dance and see your confidence grow throughout the course. We will explore emotions and moods then put them into a dance form to create a final group piece.
This is a First Steps course. These are fun creative courses designed to help inspire learners to develop their skills in small groups and provide encouragement and opportunity for ongoing learning, developed confidence and independence.
