Fun with Mixed Media!, with Warren Day

If you like exploring and experimenting with new ideas and techniques using a mixture of different media and materials then this is the course for you.
You will have the opportunity to create a range of artwork such as making your own egg tempra paints to produce beautiful translucent layers of colour, sculpt a face using bread dough which when cooked will expand and distort. We will also look at making dynamic multicoloured collaged abstracts using various acrylic paints and mediums as well as other exciting and mixed up creative combinations.

The course is designed to give you a range of experiences to enrich your existing skills and even hopefully take you out of your comfort zone.

This is a fun creative course designed to help inspire learners to develop their skills in small groups and provide encouragement and opportunity for ongoing learning, developed confidence and independence.
