Learn how to produce your own photo image transfers, where a photocopied image can be applied
to a new surface such as wood, metal or another brightly coloured painted background. Explore this
exciting technique where you will have the opportunity to combine several mixed media effects such
as spray paint, repeat patterns, collage and loose expressive painting. You can choose to use your
own photographic images if you wish and stylize these to create a contemporary and eye catching
piece of work.
This is a First Steps course. These are fun creative courses designed to help inspire learners to develop their skills in small groups and provide encouragement and opportunity for ongoing learning, developed confidence and independence.
