Join Tess and I on Sunday morning for some much needed rest and relaxation. 2 blissful hours for you to enjoy a 1 hour yin yoga practise with Claire, to help calm and soothe you, bringing balance to your nervous system followed by a sublime sound immersion with Tess, where you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments as they are played around you while you rest.
If you're looking to bring more balance, mentally, physically and spiritually to your wellbeing, this morning session is for you. Allowing you to take time out of your busy life, to truly focus on you. You'll feel uplifted, calm and rested yet invigorated and centred and leave with a feeling of peace and contentment.
We look forward to welcoming you to our morning of self care, where you can fully lean into your own needs for a blissful 2 hours.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be provided after this time but you may transfer your place to another person, provided that you notify us no less than 48 hours before the event.
If we have to cancel due to ill health or exceptional circumstances we will transfer your place to our next event or provide you with a full refund, at your option.
Please have your own yoga mat, a blanket and a bed pillow or two to use throughout the yoga. Wear loose comfortable clothes, layering is a good idea and ensure that you have a jumper and socks too!
Sound Immersion - This part of the event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, or anyone who experiences epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound. You are responsible for your own health and well-being during and after the session. Please contact me beforehand if you have tinnitus, a pace maker, metal implants from recent surgery, or any other health conditions that require support.
