A beautiful Mothers Day morning where you can really unwind, rest and pause, and be truly present with yourself. Join Tess and me at Tintagel Social Hall for our magical well-being retreat on Mothers Day Sunday 10th March from 10.00am - 1.00pm.
Join us for 3 hours of luxurious self-care, with yin yoga to help soothe your nervous system, a guided meditation themed with the New Moon, time to journal with herbal teas and wholesome snacks. Then enjoy a mini massage treatment from me and a beautiful sound bath from Tess at Sisu Sound Serenity. (Tea and snacks are included in the price)

You'll feel uplifted and calm, rested, yet reinvigorated and centred. Bringing together your mind, body and soul, using physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation. You'll leave with a feeling of peace and contentment.
We look forward to welcoming you to our mini retreat where you can fully lean into your own needs for a blissful 3 hours.
Please have your own yoga mat, a blanket, a bed pillow to use throughout the yoga and to ensure you are comfortable for the meditation. Wear loose comfortable clothes, layering is a good idea and ensure that you have a jumper and socks too!
Sound Bath - This part of the event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, or anyone who experiences epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound. You are responsible for your own health and well-being during and after the session. Please contact me beforehand if you have tinnitus, a pace maker, metal implants from recent surgery, or any other health conditions that require support.
