Do you need a good old fashioned slow start to your Sunday? Where you can restore and relax before the week comes around again. If you need to feel rested and want to switch off from the world for a while before the week begins again, join me from the comfort of your own home for my online Sunday Slow Down session.
Slow down for minutes of self-care, with a yin yoga practise, a guided meditation and extended savasana - pure relaxation, leaving you feeling rested, calm and uplifted.
I look forward to welcoming you to my slow Sunday morning session where you can fully lean into your wellbeing needs for a short while.
Find a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for the duration of our time together. Please have a yoga mat, a blanket, a bed pillow, and if you have a yoga bolster, bricks or blocks, have those to hand too for use throughout yin yoga and to ensure you are comfortable for the meditation. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
