Mens Yoga Class

Mens Yoga Class at Boscastle Community & Recreation Centre, Fore Street, Boscastle.

7.30pm to 8.00pm - £51.00 for block of 6 classes with the option to upgrade to include 2 x class recordings to use over the Christmas and New Year break.

£60.00 - 2 x 20 minute pre-recorded classes
£65.00 - 2 x 45 minute pre-recorded classes

If you miss a class you can join my online Saturday Yoga Flow class that week or receive a recorded yoga flow class with a 7 replay, so you never miss out!

Yoga for Men at Boscastle Community Centre. This class is great if you practice another sport, such as swimming, running, surfing, cycling, football, rugby, cricket or you love to go to the gym. Yoga helps with flexibility and tightness of muscles. Whether you have a very active lifestyle or you’re more on the inactive side, yoga will help to improve your strength and balance too.

If you have a busy life and mind and you struggle to switch off, join this class for a little movement and mindfulness to help bring more balance to your life.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Classes run in blocks of 6weeks, class numbers are capped, you can book mid-course space permitting. You are booking your place in class, not your attendance. If you miss a week, credit is not rolled over, but you can join me online for my weekly class or receive a recording in place of your missed in-person class. If I am not able to run the class, credit is rolled over.
