Winter Wellbeing - Rest and Relax Ritual - ONLINE via Zoom
Wednesdays 7.30pm to 8.30pm - £9.00 per session.
Join me online from the warmth and comfort of your own home for this deeply nourishing self care session to take you through the Winter up to the Spring Equinox. We begin just after Imbolc, where we welcome in the beginnings of spring as we head into February. Enjoy this beautiful self care practice that enables you to take some much needed time for you. You can be seated, on the floor or even on your bed!
-Relaxing Breathwork to help calm the mind and relax the body
-Gentle Yoga stretches
-Sumptuous Self Care Evening Skincare Ritual. I'll help you create your own Mindful Skincare Ritual, something that works for you and your lifestyle. Learn and understand your skin type and how to care for it
-Guided Self Massage - learn simple techniques to aid with relaxation
-Guided Meditation -gentle and nurturing, helping you to reconnect back to you
-Affirmation and Oracle Cards
If you've lost the art of self care (or haven't discovered it yet!) have pushed your needs down the long list of life, maybe due to family commitments or work, come along and enjoy some peaceful, calming time with me. Maybe you long for some "me time" with some peace and space to breathe, or you've had a change of life and circumstances and you've realised that you now have the time and space to begin to look after yourself again. Turn the focus inward and come along to my nurturing wellbeing sessions.
If you are an overthinker, feel anxious or overwhelmed, these sessions will help to ground and rebalance you. Feel connected and ready to step back into the world once more.
Grab a cuppa, a blanket and a pillow, along with your skincare products (a cleanser and moisturiser and any other skincare you like to use in the evening) and join me for this beautiful self care practise that enable you to take some much needed time for you. Wear super comfy clothes (pyjamas are thoroughly encouraged) to prepare you to rest before you float off to bed! Switch your camera off and prepare for sleep.
If you are unable to join me live a recording of the session will be sent to you and will be available for 7 days.
You'll need access to Zoom to enjoy this session. Please wear warm comfortable clothes (pyjamas are wholeheartedly encouraged!) that you are able to move freely in. You can be on the floor with your yoga mat and/or a blanket. Grab a pillow and your favourite skincare (cleanser and moisturiser, and any other evening skincare you love to use) along with some warm water and 2 x face cloths/muslin cloths or cotton wool. Have your favourite drink too.
