Perfect for beginners, returners and improvers
Gentle and uplifting - A slower paced yoga class if you are beginning your yoga journey, are a returner to yoga or if you want to improve your own practice. A beautifully balanced practice, pairing movement with breath, with a purposeful meditative pace enabling you to truly understand and feel each posture, helping build confidence, knowledge, strength and flexibility. If you’re looking for a gentle, slower paced class, where you can de-stress, reconnect and unwind with slow flowing movement and tuning into your body - this class is for you!
Join me on zoom - link will be emailed to you upon booking.
Please find a quiet comfortable space to join me online via zoom. You will need a yoga mat, blocks and bricks, maybe a pillow and blanket too. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
Yoga is practised at your own risk, please email Claire prior to starting the class if you have any relevant health conditions that may impact on your participation in a yoga class.
