For Absolute Beginners! This is the perfect introduction if you are new (or returning) to yoga or just yoga-curious. I have carefully curated this course specifically for beginners and returners, through 5 beautiful practices I teach the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice with postures (asanas), breathwork, meditation and relaxation. This course will take you through the Classic Sun Salutation and core yoga postures where you will find your foundations, build strength and flexibility, and experience the calming and balancing aspects of yoga. I am passionate about teaching yoga to those who have not experienced it before and believe it is accessible to everyone.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move freely in. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if you'd like one for relaxation.
Yoga is practised at your own risk, please email Claire prior to starting the class if you have any relevant health conditions that may impact on your participation in a yoga class.

Booking Terms and Conditions Classes run in blocks of 5 weeks, class numbers are capped, you can book mid-course space permitting. If you miss a week, credit does not roll over unfortunately.
