Join Tess and I to celebrate the Full Moon to reawaken your passion and create a soul nourishing ritual. This full moon is called the Pink Moon and will be in Libra, a sociable moon and ushers in the first signs of wildflowers in nature. Begin something new or reignite a passion and create your special daily ritual to bring your soul nourishment.
A beautiful morning where you can really unwind, rest and pause, and be truly present with yourself. Join Tess (Sisu Sound Serenity) and I at Tintagel Social Hall for our magical full moon retreat on Sunday 13th April 2025 from 10am to 1pm.
Join us for a blissful afternoon of 3 hours of luxurious self-care, with yin yoga, a guided meditation and super savasana. There will be sweet treats (Tess' famous energy balls!) to savour and herbal teas, time to chat or time for quiet contemplation along with time to journal if you feel the need to get things out or maybe have a read of our books to dive into something new.
Self guided massage from Claire to help you create your own self care ritual along with a sound immersion to find your "rhythm of life" with Tess before you make yourself a cosy nest to end with a sublime group sound bath, during which you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments as they are played around you while you rest.
If you're looking to bring more balance, mentally, physically and spiritually to your wellbeing, this morning retreat is for you. Allowing you to take time out of your busy life, to truly focus on you. You'll feel uplifted, calm and rested yet invigorated and centred and leave with a feeling of peace and contentment.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be provided after this time but you may transfer your place to another person, provided that you notify us no less than 48 hours before the event.
If we have to cancel due to ill health or exceptional circumstances we will transfer your place to our next event or provide you with a full refund, at your option.
Please have your own yoga mat, a blanket, a bed pillow or two to use throughout the yoga and to ensure you are comfortable for the meditation and sound bath. Wear loose comfortable clothes, layering is a good idea and ensure that you have a jumper and socks too!
Sound Bath - This part of the event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, or anyone who experiences epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound. You are responsible for your own health and well-being during and after the session. Please contact me beforehand if you have tinnitus, a pace maker, metal implants from recent surgery, or any other health conditions that require support.
